Middle East is on recovery track
The pandemic seems to be finally under control in the oil rich nations of Middle East. One can see tourists flocking back to UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in droves. The hotel bookings are 80-90% capacity in a very long time.
The expo 2020 in Dubai has registered more than 1 million visitors within the first one month of opening and the organisers are optimistic that once the weather improves next month thousands of new visitors from abroad will descend on Dubai. Tourists from USA, UK, France, Italy and Spain consider Dubai and the neighboring emirate of Abu Dhabi as an attractive holiday destination.
The DWTC is responsible for hosting most of the high class events and exhibitions in Dubai.
