PropTech Connect 2026 Kicks Off Tomorrow, With More Than 4,000 Industry Professionals Participating

PropTech Connect 2026, the leading international event dedicated to real estate technology, will kick off tomorrow in Dubai. Hosted by the emirate for the first time in the Middle East under the supervision of the Dubai Land Department, the event has attracted more than 4,000 participants, including government leaders, investors, developers, and proptech companies. The event will take place on 4 – 5 February 2026 at Grand Hyatt Dubai.

The event represents a strategic milestone within Dubai Land Department’s efforts to lead digital transformation in the real estate sector, and to support the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, by enhancing market efficiency, reinforcing transparency, and positioning innovation as a core pillar for regulating the sector and strengthening its investment appeal at both the regional and global levels.

Dubai Land Department’s supervision of PropTech Connect 2026 underscores its pivotal role as the regulatory authority leading the development of an integrated real estate ecosystem, and its commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer experience, strengthen investor confidence, and establish a legislative and regulatory environment that supports sustainable growth.

The event will feature more than 1,500 companies specialising in the real estate sector and related technologies, alongside over 300 speakers, including government leaders, experts, and decision-makers. It will also feature more than 12,000 meetings as part of an intensive programme of one-to-one engagements, enhancing opportunities for collaboration and the formation of high-value partnerships between regulatory authorities, entrepreneurs, and investors.

During the conference, Dubai Land Department will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of its flagship digital projects, which represent practical models for leveraging technology to regulate the real estate market and strengthen governance. Chief among these is Dubai REST, a fully integrated real estate app that enables various customer segments to digitally manage and execute real estate services, access property portfolios, price indicators and returns, and manage tenancy contracts and related services.

DLD will also present the AI-powered Smart Rental Index and Building Classification System, which help determine rental values in a fair and transparent manner, alongside the Live Real Estate Transactions Screen, which displays real-time data on sales and rental contracts across different areas of Dubai.

The showcased initiatives include the Mollak system for governing jointly owned properties, the Trakheesi system for managing real estate licences, permits, and advertisements, and the Madmoun initiative, which verifies the authenticity of real estate advertisements via a QR code.

During the event, Dubai Land Department will also highlight four flagship initiatives that reflect the expanding scope of innovation across the real estate ecosystem. These include the Emirati Real Estate Brokers Incubator Programme, which aims to empower Emirati entrepreneurs and build fully integrated brokerage firms in line with global best practices; and the First-Time Home Buyer Programme, designed to enable homeownership for a wider segment of citizens and residents through financing solutions and preferential incentives in partnership with developers and banks.

The initiatives further include REES, Dubai’s real estate innovation platform, which sets a global roadmap for proptech and artificial intelligence and reinforces Dubai’s position as an international hub for innovation, as well as Malik, a multi-channel customer service assistant that provides a unified, real-time digital support experience around the clock, contributing to streamlined procedures and faster completion of real estate transactions.

The conference will feature a comprehensive programme of panel discussions and specialised dialogues, bringing together government leaders, experts, developers, and entrepreneurs to explore the future of real estate technology, examine innovative business models, and discuss the role of digital solutions in enhancing investment efficiency and supporting sustainable growth across regional markets.

The strong momentum surrounding PropTech Connect 2026 reflects Dubai’s advanced position as a global hub for dialogue on the future of the real estate sector and as a platform that brings together regulation, innovation, and investment within an institutional framework led by the Dubai Land Department, guided by a clear, forward-looking vision.
