Dubai Strategic Plan

The Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Prime Minister and Vice President, and Ruler of Dubai, on the 3rd of February, 2007. The Dubai Strategic Plan (DSP), launched under the theme "Dubai...Where The Future Begins", sets out a strategic approach to develop the Emirate’s most dynamic economic sectors.

His Highness states that Dubai must build on its success through strategic planning and tactical development which focuses on the need to protect public health and improve quality of life. In turn, this will help to:

Build Dubai’s global reputation.

Promote Dubai as an excellent location for investment.

Sustain future growth as an economic and business hub.

Health plays a significant part to play in the above aims. A productive, healthy and vibrant workforce builds affluence and prosperity and future opportunity.
