Arabian Ranches Golf Club
Arabian Ranches Golf Club located in the heart of the Arabian Ranches opened its doors in February, 2004 and was built as a true 18 holes, par 72 desert-style grass course, a signature course designed by Ian Baker-Finch in association with Nicklaus Design.Golf Course Overview
Spanning 247 acres, of which 120 acres are irrigated, the course is a par 72. A challenge for golfers of all abilities, miss the immaculate grass of the fairways and greens and you enter the ’sandy waste’, which makes the most of the natural terrain with its indigenous shrubs and bushes. All standards of golfers will appreciate the GPS yardage service available on every golf cart.
Our long term goal has always been to be able to evolve with the golf course as it changes. We are always looking for new ways to make your golfing experience with us an enjoyable one.
Facilities for Golf:
Pay N Play
Arabian Ranches Golf Club is open to all players with an official handicap. Reservations are accepted 6 days prior to play, either via telephone or direct booking by the teetime request form. Players can also turn up on the day and pay and play.
Flood-lit Driving Range
Arabian Ranches Golf Club offers practice facilities on the Flood-lit Driving Range which is open until 8:30 pm everyday, adjacent to the Golf Academy Building. Prices for Range Balls may be obtained from the reservation desk.
The Golf Academy
The Golf Academy at Arabian Ranches Golf Club is situated between the front and back nine and next to the Driving Range and Practice Putting Green. Qualified PGA professionals are available to teach beginners and assist in improving more experienced golfers.
GPS System (Global Positioning System)
In basic terms the Golfplus system uses GPS technology to inform players of the exact distance from their cart to the center of the green. It’s like a virtual caddy constantly providing useful information. Precise distance measurement makes club choice easier. Please note there is the opportunity to advertise on the GPS system.
