Dubai eGovernment’s e4all magazine is to be distributed at 10 services stations in Dubai belonging to Emirates Petroleum Products Company (EPPCO) and Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).The monthly publication, from Dubai eGovernment is designed to raise public awareness of the availability of eServices, and draw attention to its portal, www.dubai.ae
Dubai eGovernment has reached the stage where all the components needed for a digital revolution are now in place. In order to succeed we need greater participation from both the community and businesses.
e4all is just one of the marketing tools through which we have been promoting our online services. It has been designed to help bridge the gap between Dubai e-Government and the public. Online Services have been created to facilitate public access to all Government’s services, from utility payments to accommodation information. Obviously it is a concept that requires public awareness and acceptance.
e4all covers all aspects of e-governance, and includes articles that range from improved efficiency in public transactions through online channels to the efforts of individual government departments to boost their online offering, the private sector’s participation in e-Services, hardware & software systems and e-learning.
The magazine familiarises readers with the core concept of eServices by focussing on the services they can use electronically. It also provides insights into forthcoming services and innovative offerings that make Dubai eGovernment one of the leading performers in the world of eGovernance.

The eServices division is responsible for developing and providing innovative electronic services to facilitate public and corporate dealings with the government.
Automating the existing government services so that they are available online and easily accessible by all PC users is one of the major tasks assigned to this division. The eServices division has developed a number of core services:

eJob: An employment service with many features for both employers and job seekers.
