Dragon Mart Complex is the first and only project of its kind in the region. The construction of the project commenced on July 12th, 2003 and was completed within 17 months. This includes travel & tourism services (e.g. hotel reservation, ticket booking, airport transfers), banking services, courier services, post office and express mail, international trade and commercial laws consultation, customer support and parking space for over 2500 cards. The Dragon Mart also hosts the Management Offices, a business centre and several food outlets. The eight warehouses which take up a total area of 30,000 square meters, are located only 200 meters behind the Mart and serve as a convenient facility for the traders’ wide range of products. Two of the warehouses offer cold storage facilities. The Dragon Mart Complex also encompasses 25 residential buildings located within 200 meters of the Dragon Mart which adds even more convenience to the traders.
