Dubai Industrial Academy is a leading independent technical training centre offering advanced vocational hands-on training within the premises of Dubai Industrial City (DI), the largest dedicated industrial park in the region.DIA offers training geared to support and contribute to the development of the industrial sector, offering practical and theoretical Training programmes in the fields of engineering and manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemical, construction, industrial science, and other industrial sectors.
DIA plays a strategically defined role in transforming the industrial landscape of the region. The first dedicated industrial training centre of its kind in the UAE was conceived with the aim of developing the skills and knowledge of the national and expatriate workforce in Dubai and the region, as well as bringing about the highest level of industrial operation in terms of safety, quality and reliability, which is one of the main focus points of Dubai Industrial City.
Operating under the umbrella of Dubai Industrial City, DIA’s training is delivered at a dedicated facility located at DI premises, featuring classrooms for technical teaching as well as workshops for hands-on training, equipped with the latest industrial didactic kit and equipment.
With an increased focus on skills and knowledge being crucial in determining the eventual winners in today’s rapidly evolving technological arena, Dubai Industrial Academy currently offers high quality short-term programmes focused on developing ‘hands-on’ technical skills to serve the emerging needs of industry.
