Meraas Development is a Dubai-based real estate development company with a refreshingly innovative approach to sustainable urban planning, architecture and design.Jumeira Gardens in Dubai is the first project to be announced by Meraas Development. Jumeira Gardens will serve as one of the engines driving the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai a global city of the future. Across the development, there will be several towers of exceptional character that will set new standards of beauty and functionality.
They include:
Dubai: This will be one of the tallest and largest buildings in the world, a mega-structure consisting of three linked towers of staggered heights, with mosaic-like glass and aluminium-mesh cladding.
Park Avenue: This 600,000-square-metre tower, whose undulating form is a tribute to Dubai’s historic relationship with the Arabian Gulf, will be a marvel of 21st-century technology and sustainable design.
Park Gate: This project comprises six paired towers, each 30 to 40 storeys high, with the three pairs of towers forming a grand entrance leading into Dubai Park.
Together, the various components of Jumeira Gardens will help realise the full potential of Dubai by creating great places that enrich the lives of those who live, work and play there.
Although Meraas Development’s first project is in Dubai, it is pursuing opportunities in Abu Dhabi, in other Gulf countries and, opportunistically, further afield.
