Mountain High
Mountain High was founded in November 2003 by Julie Lewis, a British Sports Science degree graduate, with an insatiable passion for people and wild places. After 20 years in the health, fitness and sports management industry , three of which were spent lecturing at a college of further education, Julie moved into adventure tourism as a means to develop people both mentally and physically using nature and the great outdoors as a backdrop.Julie’s goal is to encourage, inspire and motivate as many people as possible to step out of their comfort zone, take charge of their health and well being, connect with different cultures and discover their true potential by connecting with nature through adventure travel and team building activities. Julie is passionate about helping people live their wildest adventure dreams.
