The fun takes place at the Dubai Kartdrome over 3 months – Jan 31, Feb 28 and March 28, 2010 on the last Sunday of each month from 7 – 10pm.
Teams
Teams consist of 4-5 drivers and will compete against each other in a mini enduro style race with points and prizes (ok, trophies) awarded to both teams and drivers. The team with the most points at the end of three races is the overall champion. Simple!
The Races
All the races take place at the Dubai Kartdrome. Each race is a mini enduro event lasting approximately 80 minutes. To ensure fairness and fun for all teams, each driver will be allowed to race a maximum stint of 15 minutes. Teams will have a 25 minute practice session before the start of each race followed by a 10 minute qualifying session. The race start will be a standing start, aka Formula 1 with grid positions decided by the fastest qualifying time.
