"Eyes of a Woman" Festival 2012
In collaboration with Alliance Francaise of Dubai, Espoir Contemporain presents “Eyes of Woman” Fesival which will take place at Alliance Francaise - Oud Metha from 11 November to 13 December 2012.13 women artists from Espoir Contemporain will present their vision of the world and their reflextion on the women place in the society and 7 European & Russian artists will share their art with 6 Middle Eastern & Indian artists.
The event focuses on encounter and exchange between public and artists. Many artistic activities will be offered including workshops, shows, concerts, performances, lecture, concerts and projection. It presents a view on the place of woman in society, her roles such as wife, mother... but also, on the position of the woman artist in Contemporary Art.
This year’s edition is an art beyond frontiers. It is when West will meet the East in the emblematic city if Middle East, Dubai.
