Infinia Commits to Reduce Cost of Living in UAE

Infinia Services and Solutions, the region’s leading payments and Loyalty Company, announced that it will revolutionize the way people use credit or debit cards to pay for their utility bills. This newly added service on Infinia’s platform will allow users of credit or debit cards issued by partner banks of Infinia, to pay their utility bills using the reward points they have accrued while spending on their cards.

According to Mr. Prashant Khattar, Managing Director of Infinia Services and Solutions, “Infi BillPay is another innovative solution we have developed to augment the choice of redemptions on our loyalty platform. This is the region’s first and is also a reflection of our commitment to continue to add value to the lives of our customers.”

With Infi BillPay, the customers of partner banks of Infinia will be able to pay their DEWA, SEWA, Du and Etisalat bills by using their reward points or miles accumulated while using their credit or debit cards. To pay for the utility bills, a customer simply needs to redeem reward points or miles from the partner bank’s website.

Infinia Services and Solutions, in a short span of 30 months, have established itself as a global loyalty leader with its presence in over 20 countries. It offers loyalty and rewards management services to banks, which in turn provide immense value to the overall product offering to their customers.

Infinia’s loyalty platform has active partnerships that offer online real-time redemptions across flights on over 900 airlines, booking for over 200,000 international hotels, 150,000 car rentals and over 3,000 products across various categories.

Along with redemption options including travel and retail, Infinia recently launched InfiSports, a platform for sports enthusiasts to buy tickets, hospitality packages and sports memorabilia of their favourite sport.

Khattar also added that Infinia would soon offer redemption options to customers to top-up RTA issued NOL cards and facilitate Salik recharge.

“We continue to expand our services offerings to our clients, i.e. banks and their customers and with Infi BillPay we hope to reduce the cost of living in UAE, which happens to be one of the highest in the world,” Khattar said.
