World’s largest pure colorless diamond will be exhibited in Dubai next October
The Christie's Auction House and de Grisogono Jewellers will hold an exhibition and auction under the title "The Art of de Grisogono" in Dubai from 17th to 19th October, to showcase a selection of the finest diamonds in the world. The International Head of Jewellery at Christie's, Rahul Kadakia, said that the show will feature the largest D-color flawless diamond to ever come to auction, a 163.41-carat emerald-cut gem, given the name the "4 de Fevereiro". According to Forbes, it is the 27th biggest rough white diamond ever discovered and the largest in Angola.
