Dubai Investments Park
Dubai Investments Park is a state-of-the-art, centrally managed, mixed-use, high-tech, environmentally clean, master-planned development, offering both pre-serviced sites and facilities for a wide variety of usage or purposes such as manufacturing, office, housing, academic, research, distribution and logistics. The park is located approximately nine kilometers inland from the Arabian Gulf, close to the Jebel Ali port, the largest man-made port in the world. In terms of land usage, the DIP has earmarked 35 per cent for industries; 20 per cent for residences; 40 per cent for infrastructure and landscaping, recreational facilities, golf courses and hotels etc; and 5 per cent for regional offices, headquarters, showrooms or business centres. Sites are also allocated for educational institutions. Phase 1 includes the Green Community an environmentally friendly area offering over 700 residential units amidst lush green open spaces and comprehensive state-of-the-art leisure and recreational facilities.
DIP has already attracted several large local and international investors and business groups from various sectors.
