Jumeirah Lake Towers

Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is a dynamic waterfront community, encompassing attractive residential and office towers alongside hotels, leisure and retail outlets.

The landmark Almas Tower is the natural focal point of the development, situated on an island surrounded by water in the centre of the community. The tower shall house the Dubai Diamond Exchange and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) member businesses in the gold, diamond, energy and commodities industries.

JLT is situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, between Interchanges 5 and 6. A total of 87 towers stand tall in this prestigious project that will become one of Dubai’s most recognised addresses, where property investors have been given the opportunity to own and develop towers on a freehold basis.

78 towers are clustered in groups of three and will be surrounded by calming lakes, beautifully landscaped gardens and unique waterways.79 towers are clustered in groups of three and will be surrounded by four calming lakes, beautifully landscaped gardens and unique waterways. Central to the development will be the majestic Almas Tower. High-rise living at Jumeirah Lakes Towers promotes security and camaraderie among its residents, who will be additionally pampered with the aesthetics and exclusivity of a waterfront.

All trios of the development are completely sold out. Individual investors are constructing their towers, to be used for residential, commercial, hotel and retail purposes, under the guidelines laid down by the JLT Design and Project Team.

Four winding, man-made lakes, stretching to approximately 255,000 square metres create a vibrant waterfront environment and provide stunning views from all around. Water is the unique theme behind Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Named Almas East, Almas West, Elucio and Allure, the four feature lakes aptly represent the unique theme of this waterside community. Sea water will be pumped into the project’s waterways every day through underground pipes from the Arabian Gulf. This dynamic water-flow will ensure that the water remains clean and pristine.

The DMCC Authority (DMCCA) will be the licensing authority for businesses operating in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Businesses, therefore, will benefit from a free zone status, making JLT the first mixed-use Free Zone Freehold development in Dubai.
