• This outstanding iconic structure, which is a landmark of the proposed Gateway City, will be situated along the main Emirates Highway in the expansive al Jazeerah location , Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.



• Representing a US$ 400 million investment, this is a convention venue that understands the needs of both business and recreation, and that realises that much takes place outside conference halls, not simply within them.



• Gardens have been conceived as oases that provide soft, green relief-spaces of vegetation, shade, sun and water. Indeed, many will run into the main structure as courtyards blurring traditional divisions between outside and in. An open park will connect the Tower Hotel, Convention Centre and the Oasis Hotel, and intricate roof gardens reflect the interior design.
