The Justin Bieber Count Down Is On!
With only 4 nights to go until the most anticipated shows of the year, Done Events want to ensure that all of the Beliebers attending the Justin Bieber shows have a night that they will never forget. Taking place at The Sevens Stadium, the outdoor concert has a capacity of 25,000 and with the summer temperatures set to soar, organisers Done Events are advising all concert goers to come well prepared. Thomas Ovesen, COO of Done Events is giving all Beliebers this advice: “Bieber fever has seriously hit the UAE and we are very excited about the forthcoming Justin Bieber shows. With there being not one, but two shows there are thousands of fans eagerly awaiting his arrival and we want to make sure that everyone who comes has a great time. It is summer time in the UAE so all fans need to be prepared for the heat, drink lots of water, wear cool clothes and wear sun screen if necessary. We also want to ensure people don’t arrive earlier than necessary-doors will open at 5pm, giving fans plenty of time to find a good spot before the approximate 8pm show time. Done Events will be keeping fans and their parents updated on the anything new regarding the shows each day via social media sites facebook, (https://www.facebook.com/DoneEvents) and twitter @doneevents. With this being the largest show Dubai is yet to see, timelines may not run right on course, so make sure you bring your patience! Also remember, if you are a parent bringing your child along, be sure to check out the location of the designated meeting points situated throughout the venue should you lose contact during the evening. Very often mobile phone reception is limited at these large-scale events. We want people to stay safe, relax and have a great time. Done Events top tips for having a great time at the Justin Bieber shows: 1) Try not to arrive much earlier than 5pm which is when the gates open - otherwise you could be in for a little bit of a wait! The show is scheduled to start at 8pm 2) Bring your patience, with this being a very large event and with many different parties involved – timelines may run slightly off schedule. 3) Make sure you eat, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated 4) Be prepared for the heat - it is May and the concert is outdoors. Wear cool and comfortable clothing and if you arrive before sunset, bring sunscreen and a hat 5) Always have a designated meeting point should you get separated from your friends and family at the concert. Do not rely on your mobile phone signal. Meeting points will be set up across the stadium and will be easy identifiable and marked. 6) Be respectful to your fellow fans. (Fan Pit, Premium and Regular) 12) After the show there will be courtesy buses back to the city, dropping off fans at Dubai Festival City Metro Station and The Dubai Mall Metro Station. 13) There is an excellent selection of Justin Bieber merchandise for sale at the venue with something for every belieber. 14) Relax, have fun and make it a night to remember|
