Much congratulations goes out to the winners of both the amateur and professional leagues.” says Gary Melhuish, Fitness First Area Business Manager who developed the X-Training Challenge way back in 1994.
Cross Training blends a series of different activities into one workout, which comes with a raft of fitness benefits,” continues Gary. “The variation offers satisfying results and can be a better option for developing all round balanced fitness, so we’re keen to encourage this type of exercise – both in and out of Fitness First clubs – so this way, we’re bringing fitness to the community.”
