du will shortly begin inviting its customers to register their numbers, in-line with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA)’s new ‘My Number, My Identity’ campaign. This facility will be available in more than 250 locations in the UAE.
A simple, hassle-free process has been devised for all customers to easily register their number. Customers will be notified individually by SMS, only after which they will need to visit any of the conveniently-located outlets for registration.
