Wheels, Deals, Broadway and Ice Age Shows Part of the Super DSF Mix at BurJuman

BurJuman, Strategic Partner for DSF 2013, will bring the 18th edition of Dubai’s biggest celebration alive for its guests with a fantastic mix of entertainment shows, raffles, and other fun offerings, apart from a range of tempting discounts on some of the world’s most popular brands.

Keeping with the festive mood of DSF, BurJuman is bringing in the tribute show “Best of Broadway” from January 10th to 19th. Inspired by the most famous Broadway musicals, the show will present a variety of the most popular songs of the genre that have a broad appeal to adults and children. International singers and dancers will perform solos, duets and group numbers from some of the unforgettable hits of musical theatre such as Chicago, Grease, Mamma Mia, Hairspray, Annie, The Sound of Music, The Phantom of the Opera and other legendary titles.

With three free 30-minute shows every day, at 6:15pm, 7:45pm and 9pm, the mall’s Observatory area will come alive with popular hit songs such as “All that Jazz”, “Grease Lightning”, “Hakuna Matata”, “Music of the Night”, “Favourite Things” and many more. Each show will have 15 songs and the last show each day will end with photo opportunities for the audience with the artistes and performers.

If the “Best of Broadway” show is designed to appeal to a cross section of guests, cutting across all age divides, the highly popular “Ice Age” show that will follow from 24th January – 2nd Febuary is a must-watch for children. With three daily free shows, kids can catch their favourite characters from the popular animated movie live on stage and enjoy meeting them for a photo op after each show.

And while the young visitors are busy enjoying the entertainment, adults can indulge themselves at BurJuman’s eclectic collection of outlets, with the added bonus of every AED 200 spent at the mall during the festival getting them the opportunity to win up to AED 50,000 worth of BurJuman Shopping Vouchers and a luxurious BMW X5.
