RTA Reaps 5 Qualitative Awards In Middle East Call Center Area

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has won 5 awards at the local & GCC level, presented by INSIGHTS ME Call Centre Awards. The Awards clinched by RTA’s Call Center (8009090) are indicative of its persistent efforts to keep pace with the highest standards of service improvement, enhance the satisfaction of customers & employees, and realise RTA’s third strategic goal ‘People Happiness’.

HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA, expressed his delight with the five awards handed over by Yousef Al-Rida, CEO of Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, and Ahmed Mahboub, Executive Director of RTA’s Customer Service. Al Tayer noted that the awards highlighted the efforts of the RTA to maintain the highest performance standards in Call Centers in both public and private sectors. He called for fresh efforts to maintain this superb performance level.

"The Call Center has won 5 awards namely: Best Government Call Center Middle East –Value, Best Career and Skill Paths, in addition to three individual creativity awards namely: The Best Call Center Art, Best Call Center Essay, and Best Call Center Photography.  Winning such awards reflects the keenness of the Call Center to avail opportunities for talented employees.”
