Dubai Land Department (DLD) has arrived in Baku as part of its real estate roadshow, which was organised by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the department's investment arm. The capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the latest stop of the international roadshow, which aims to encourage real estate investment in Dubai across the world.
On the first day of roadshow, DLD's delegation participated in the 3rd Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition in Baku. The delegation was led by Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, and accompanied by Hasanov Karam Avaz, Chairperson of the State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan Republic.
Representatives from both parties attended the exhibition, with an opening ceremony and a tour of the participants' platforms, including several developers from Dubai. DLD's delegation presented an extensive explanation to the guests about the projects on offer and the exhibition participants.
On the second day of the conference, Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid delivered a keynote speech to the delegations of the participating countries, expressing DLD's gratitude for the invitation to attend the exhibition. She also highlighted that the presence of a high-level DLD delegation reflects the department's ongoing efforts to make Dubai the world's leading real estate and investment destination.
Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid added: "DLD was pleased to participate in the Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition in Baku, and to represent the real estate sector in Dubai through its Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center. Our main objective in this exhibition was to represent Dubai's real estate market and support the bright future of our beautiful Emirate by providing visitors and investors from all over the world with a welcoming environment."
Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid stressed that DLD is committed to providing various forms of support for potential investors to help them better understand Dubai's real estate market.
DLD's delegation delivered a number of presentations during the exhibition, including a speech by Mr. Majid Saqr Al Marri, Senior Director of Real Estate Promotion at the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, who discussed real estate investment in Dubai and the services provided by DLD to real estate investors. The second speech was made by the Real Estate Promotion Trustee, highlighting the services and privileges offered to Azerbaijani investors.
At the end of the exhibition, Hasanov Karam Avaz honoured Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, and DLD also expressed its gratitude to the organiser of the exhibition.
