One lucky West Australian national, Mr Jeremy K. has become US$1 million dollar richer after winning the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Promotion in Series 258 which was held today in Concourse B - Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.
The 38-year old Business Development Manager for an IT company in Perth couldn’t believe that his ticket no. 2380 brought him a million luck.
“Thank you very much Dubai Duty Free for running this amazing competition, you have made my day special and something to remember for life!!”, said Mr Jeremy K.
“I was travelling to Brazil for a holiday when I bought the only available ticket from the Finest Surprise counter, and it must have been my lucky day and I am very delighted I went for it.”
Furthermore, a Finest Surprise Draw was conducted directly after the Millennium Millionaire which resulted with two online winners.
An Italian national, Mr. Alberto Stringl, won the BMW R Nine T Scrambler (Monolith Metallic Matt) in Series 320 with ticket no. 0046.
Mr. Stringl, a 45-year old father of one from Vercelli, Italy is a regular participant of the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise promotion and buys a ticket whenever he visits Dubai. However, for the first time, he bought eight tickets online for this particular series and said: “I’m very excited and happy that I won, and I thank Dubai Duty Free for this incredible good news.”
Mr Stringl, who works as Sales Area Manager for a ceramic company, is currently in Dubai on business.
Another winner to take home a stylish motorbike BMW R Nine T Urban (Lightwhite) is Mr. David Kingen who bought his ticket no. 0031 in Series 321.
The 46-year old native of Bullingen, Belgium and a member of the Belgian State Defense, Mr Kingen made an online purchase for four tickets in Series 321, and was equally delighted on hearing the news.
