Wash and fillet red mullets. Wrap grape leaves around filleted fish. Simmer chopped vegetables in a casserole with olive oil for 30 minutes. Place cooked vegetables on a baking sheet with red mullets on top and bake in a preheated 250 C oven until fish is cooked. When the red mullets are ready, arrange vegetables and fish on dishes, sprinkle with parsley and serve. |
