Place cake in a spring-form pan. Beat tofu cream with fresh cream and set aside. in another bowl, mix cheese, eggs, sugar and orange zest until creamy. Add orange juice, stirring constantly. Simmer soy milk and gelatin over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. mix the cream mixture with cheese, eggs and orange mixture. Carefully add the soy milk to the cheese mixture. Pour half into the prepared pan. Add a layer of strawberries and cover with the remaining cheese preparation. Leave the dessert in a freezer for at least 4 hours before removing ring and serving. |
