This is part of DEWA’s ongoing efforts to meet various requirements to expand the electricity distribution network, and provide its services reliably, efficiently and availably to world-class standards. The contracts are worth approximately AED 129.55 million.

“These transformers will increase the capacity, efficiency and reliability of the electricity distribution network in Dubai, to ensure a continuous and stable supply of power to all stakeholders. All the transformers will be delivered by April 2018,” added Al Tayer.
