Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the opening session of The 28th edition of the Arab Summit, which kicked off today in Jordan. Sheikh Mohammed is heading the UAE delegation in the Summit.
