The 4th stage of the Dubai Tour has been cancelled as precautionary measurement due to bad weather, according the organizing committee of the tour, International Cycling Federation and UAE Cycling Federation. 

Meanwhile, The 5th stage of the tour planned tomorrow, will take place as scheduled.
