HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, unveiled 5-Star plaques at RTA Customer Happiness Centre- Al Barsha, the first Smart Customer Happiness Centre across Dubai Government where it allows customers to complete all their transactions provided by RTA through self-service booths. HH said: “The high rating received by Dubai Government’s Customer Happiness Centres encourages them to further improve their services”. HH also added that applying the Star Rating framework to the Customer Happiness Centres is part of the effort to enhance integration between federal and local government.
