The British Business Group Dubai & Northern Emirates will be hosting the Great British Burns Night for the first time on Friday 26th January 2018 in the private garden of the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Hotel to celebrate the birthday of famed Scottish poet Robbie Burns.

The party will start at 7.30pm and run till the wee hours, with a Scottish haggis dinner,traditional poetry reading, and Ceilidh dancing spurred on by modern rock band Bahookie, flown in specially from Scotland by Virgin Atlantic to entertain traditionalists and modernists alike, offering a truly Scottish celebration with a modern twist in the heart of Dubai.

The dress code will be shirt & tie/kilt for gents and cocktail dresses for ladies, although women are advised to bring their flats to ensure they can make the most of the band’s energetic Ceilidh tunes.
