Senior officials from Emirates Islamic have visited the Expo 2020 Dubai site in the Dubai South District, where they met members of the Expo 2020 Dubai team and were updated on the preparations for the milestone event.

As the Islamic Banking Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, Emirates Islamic is aligned with Expo 2020 Dubai's theme of "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future," and is dedicated to providing innovative Islamic banking products and services to create sustainable solutions for the bank’s customers. Bank officials were welcomed by the Expo 2020 Dubai team, including Hitesh Thakkar, Chief Financial Officer; Yakub Bobat, Head of Wholesale Banking; Marwan Salem Al Mheiri, Chief Human Resource Officer; Awatif Al Harmoody, General Manager - Operational Governance; and Hassaan Munir, Head of Cards at Emirates Islamic.
