In line with our ongoing efforts to align with the Government of Dubai Smart initiatives, we are pleased to inform you that the DIFC Registrar of Companies will start issuing Electronic Certificates of Incorporation, Registration, and Continuation, effective 17 September 2018.

Upon submission of any service which requires a new certificate to be generated, a portal notification will be sent, including a link to download and print the certificate.

Each certificate will carry a unique code to verify its authenticity and validity through the DIFCwebsite.
