Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) partnered with Dubai's popular yoga and fitness studio, INSPIRE, to hold a complimentary ‘Hush from the Rush’ wellness session.

The yoga session took place in DIFC, yesterday afternoon, with more than 280 registrations. The session included a talk from Zeina Menon, Nutritionist at Dubai Herbal Treatment Centre on gut health. The participants were taken away from the city’s rush and into a zen state with noise cancelling headphones. The session was designed for the community to biohack the mind and body into good health.

This session is the first of many more health and wellness activities to come to DIFC, in an effort to encourage the community to be more conscious of their health and wellness.
