Government provided services have scored a whopping 89% on the Smart Happiness Index by considering more than 2 million consumers of 38 government departments in past nine months.
“We continue to strive to be the happiest city. Adopting our happiness agenda with over 84 initiatives to instil and measure happiness, we ask God to help us serve our country and people,” said Sheikh Mohammed on his official Twitter account.
