Sienna Lakes @ Jumeirah Golf Estates
Tulip Business Developers, one of the leading real estate developers in North America and the Middle East, has launched Sienna Lakes, a 68-villa community at Dubai’s premier residential golfing development, Jumeirah Golf Estates.Overlooking holes 13 to 16 on Fire, one of the two Eco-Signature courses being designed by golf legend Greg Norman at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Sienna Lakes will consist of four- to seven-bedroom villas, priced between AED 6 million and AED 12 million.

Interiors will allow homeowners to choose from a wide range of options, customising kitchens, bedrooms and living areas to their own specifications.
Sienna Lakes will be characterised by abundant nature strips and landscaped parks, framed by the waterways from which it takes it name. Dramatic banners will line the golf cart and pedestrian paths which bisect the estate, recalling Sienna’s Piazza del Campo, the site of the world-famous biannual Palio horse race.
At Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Fire and Earth course communities, a sense of space has been afforded paramount importance. Seventy five per cent of all properties face the golf course, with the remainder facing lakes and nature strips, allowing for inspiring, uninterrupted views from all.
The communities will be encircled by a 16km jogging and cycling track which will link four community parks, as well as lakes and nature strips.
The seven communities around Fire will complement the beauty of their desert setting, taking inspiration from rustic Tuscan and Mediterranean architectural themes.
Designed by golf legend Greg Norman, Fire will be the first of The Great White Shark’s two Eco-Signature courses at Jumeirah Golf Estates - and his first anywhere in the world. Designed to exist in harmony with the natural desert landscape, Fire will no doubt prove a tough and, needless to say, fiery challenge for golfers of all abilities.
The Fire course will open in early 2008. Sienna Lakes’ villas will be completed later during the year.
