EMAAR Community Management
Emaar Community Management (ECM) is an award-winning division of the Emaar Group, managing communities since the inception of freehold property development in Dubai. ECM was established proactively anticipating changes in management and laws, aiming towards enhanced resident oriented services, promoting community spirit and wellbeing, and upkeep of common areas in the communities within EMAAR developments namely The Greens, Emaar Towers, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches and Emirates Living (The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, Hattan and Emirates Hills).With several challenges on board, ECM has been successfully managing the wellbeing of 5 Emaar developed Master Communities, over 32,000 handed over units, over 120,000 residents with annual budgets of over AED 600 million! Pioneer in Community/Owners Association Management in the U.A.E, ECM has been successfully managing and liaising healthy relationships with over 46 Interim Owners Associations. Recently ECM has ventured out into non-Emaar communities and was successful in winning the first project for which a proposal was submitted i.e. Trident MarinaScape.
The ECM team has over 50 experienced and qualified staff, many of whom are certified Owners Association Managers by Community Associations Institute (CAI), U.S.A. and Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), RERA. ECM Senior Director has been instrumental in developing the Owners Association Management course module for Dubai Real Estate Institute. He is also a RERA-authorized lecturer at the DREI.
