LeSpa has opened for the first time in the Middle East at the new luxurious hotel – The Palace, The Old Town. Located on two separate levels of the West Wing of the hotel, each catering separately to male and female guests, LeSpa embodies a refined luxury in its treatments, facilities and service. Designed in beige and brown tones, the print of the spa brand worldwide, LeSpa houses treatment rooms with private changing areas, the massage under a Vichy shower, an oriental bath house complete with hammam slab, monsoon showers, steam rooms and hydrobath, a dedicated consultation space, relaxation lounge, retail counter and changing rooms. Says Talar Hagopian, manager, LeSpa: “We are pleased to be the first LeSpa to open in the region. We offer a first class service and products that are the benchmark for the spa concept worldwide.” Signature treatments at LeSpa range from Soothing to Stimulating. The Zen, a relaxing one-hour lower leg and foot massage practiced with a Thai wooden stick, is inspired by a traditional form of Thai reflexology. The treatment is perfect for the busy traveller, and can also exclusively be carried out in the comfort of one’s guestroom or suite. Must-try stimulating massages include the one-hour Ethnic Fusion Massage, which combines Japanese, Chinese, Balinese, Thai and Oriental techniques to revive energy and tonifying benefits to the body. The Euphorising Massage with Cool and Warm Seashells is the only treatment of its kind in the Emirate. Cool and warm seashells are applied to the face and body as an extension of the therapist’s hands, leaving clients feeling mesmerised after an hour. LeSpa offers a unique concept and new journey to wellbeing. Guests can look forward to receiving a ten-minute foot bath ritual prior to any treatment, while sipping on the signature lemon-based LeSpa drink which refreshes the palate. Once in the treatment room, clients can opt from a music menu that spans the Far East, Asia, South America and the Middle East, taking you right to the origin of the treatment itself. The personalised service at LeSpa is a result of the talented and dedicated spa therapists that were sourced from around the world and trained by the venerable Galya Ortega from France, who is renowned for her specialised treatment consult. Beauty products from luxury cosmetic house, Carita & Décléor complete the LeSpa experience. The exquisite products are applied during facial and body treatments to achieve results that range from purifying to soothing and restoring.
