The Els Club CORPORATE Membership Initiation Fee 225,000 AED (available for first 20 registrations only) 250,000 AED Annual Fee 22,000 AED (for each active individual) Minimum of 2 designated individuals that are always active The Company can activate up to 2 Wildcards Please be advised that all Members of The Els Club will be entitled to a 20% reduction on their Annual Fees up until the end of 2009 (prior to the Permanent Clubhouse Opening). The maximum number of memberships at any one time will not exceed 250. In any combination, there are never more than 4 active members.Transferability of Memberships If an existing member decides to resign his or her membership, he or she must deliver to The Els Club a letter informing the management of their desire. The transfer will be brokered through The Els Club with the resigning member receiving 80% of the applicable Listed Membership Price at the time of transfer. Memberships can only be re-sold by The Els Club once the maximum number of memberships in each tranche, as determined by the Club, have been purchased. The resigning member will receive such amount when the Club has resold the existing membership to a new member from the Waitlist.
