The National Human Resource Development & Employment Authority "Tanmia" is a Federal Government Independent Authority whose main objectives are to create job opportunities for the UAE National workforce, reduce the unemployment ratio, enhance the skills and productivity of the national workforce and recommend relevant policies to the UAE Federal Government.
