Airport Show 2009
Airport Show is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Dubai Airports. Airport Show is one of the largest airport construction, operations, technology and services events in the world. The 2008 event showcased 515 suppliers from 41 countries. Strictly business-to-business, it brought together more than 5,000 industry professionals from 81 countries, occupying over 17,000 m2 of exhibition space. Airport Show 2009 will be the first edition presented by Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading event organiser. It will be managed locally from Reed’s UAE office which now organises a total of 15 events across the country. It will also draw on Reed’s global network of offices and promoters which extends to 65 countries. The Future Airports Conference programme will feature key speakers representing all stakeholders – airports, civil aviation authorities, airlines, international associations and suppliers.
