Free EB-5 Visa Consultations In Dubai
With the EB-5 program extended through December 7, 2018, U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) and industry experts are offering free consultations in various cities across the globe to assist interested individuals through the EB-5 program prior to the implementation of potential program changes. A free consultation includes meeting with EB-5 executives from USIF, experienced EB-5 consultants and immigration attorneys. Interested investors can schedule a free consultation in Dubai at the JW Marriott Marquis from October 11th to the 17th.
During the consultation, investors will have an opportunity to learn about USIF's EB-5 projects in the United States. Experts will share advice on how to increase EB-5 approval success and investment security. The goal is to provide interested investors from Dubai with guidance around preparing investment applications for EB-5 under favorable investment amounts - before the program could undergo drastic changes on December 7th, 2018. Based on the latest proposed EB-5 legislation, expected changes include an increased investment amount upwards of $1,350,000, among other challenging requirements for foreign investors.

According to the Department of Homeland Security's proposed regulations concerning EB-5, the most significant change is the suggested "increase in the minimum investment amount from $500,000 to possibly $1,350,000 for investments in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs), and from $1,000,000 to $1,800,000 for investments in areas of high employment".
