Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, the first sessions of the “100 Mentors” program kicked off today at the Dubai Man’s College with the aim is to sharpen the skills of the UAE’s youth and enhance their knowledge to be an effective participant in the sustainable development march and shaping the future.
“Mentoring and knowledge transfer are a tradition that we inherited from the founding fathers who ensured to transfer wisdom and experience of previous generations, that we harvest its benefits today. That’s why we have to maintain the same track so we will have generations of champions in different fields,” HH Sheikh Hamdan said. “UAE youth are able to continuously enhance their skills and take the lead in various events, where future leadership is in the hand of youth, and the duty of those with the right experience today is to prepare a highly skilled generation and Inspire them the spirit of competitiveness so they become committed to maintain first place,” he added.
The event was inaugurated by H.E Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs, where she shared her personal and professional experience with attendees. The Program also nominated 100 leaders from the UAE’s public and private sectors to mentor Emirati youth.
