Dubai. Four things to do
Dubai continues to grow with more and more regular visitors year round. There are so many things to do each time you arrive. It is important to always look for others available prior to travelling, similar to getting offers at bets-promo-code.co.uk. Here we cover the best things to do once you arrive in Dubai.
Al Seef
This modern museum is a must for visitors and has the biggest collection of illusions in the world, that includes 80 exhibits on offer. It is part of a museum chain that is growing rapidly having started off in Zagreb back in 2015. This is now one of six around the world.
Al Fahidi Historic District
Dubai is now known for the flashy lights but the history can still be viewed when visiting the Al Fahidi Historic District. The traditional style of the city from the mid 19th century through to the 1970s can be found here, with the buildings made of stone and teak in comparison to the high modern towers. The district is certainly worth visiting when in Dubai.
Dubai Museum
Another museum that brings history to the city and shows where it has come is the Dubai Museum. The building dates back to 1787, which means it is the oldest in the city, with the museum having started in 1971. This was also the year the UAE was formed. The impressive skeletal remains of Dubai ancestors dating back in 1500 BC, and just some of the incredible things to see once in the famous museum. They are now also set to open a new modern museum of the future later this year.
Dubai Garden Glow
The family friendly Dubai Garden glow is the world’s largest glow in the dark theme park with amazingly features over 10 million energy saving bulbs. They are in fanciful illuminated formations of giant coral reefs filled with jelly fish and exotic birds. It is incredible to see and is a more modern thing within the city that is worth visiting especially for families with younger children.
