Emirates Foundation
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman & Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group, the foundation is a non-profit charity organisation formed by the Emirates Group to provide humanitarian, philanthropic aid and services for children in need. A board of directors, made up of senior Emirates Group management, decide on projects for funding. We are established by the permission of the Dubai Government and the accounts are audited by internal and external auditors. The Foundation’s goal is to serve the maximum number of children in need, with the minimum amount of administrative expenses. The Foundation endeavours to provide a safe, nurturing and loving environment where children can acquire and realise their full capabilities and become productive members of society. It also strives to improve the quality of life for children, regardless of geographical, political, or religious boundaries, and to help them maintain or improve their human dignity. Our goal is to use 95 per cent of the donated funds exclusively for the children, with five per cent allocated to the Foundation’s out-of-pocket expenses.Email: ekfoundation@emirates.com
